Rosalind Peterson: The Chemtrail Cover-Up

Rosalind Peterson of California Skywatch was a certified U.S.D.A. Farm Service Agency Crop Loss Adjustor working in more than ten counties throughout California. She now spearheads a watchdog group that monitors uncontrolled experimental weather modification programs, atmospheric heating and testing programs, and ocean and atmospheric experimental geoengineering programs Peterson is at the forefront of the chemtrail research field and how the unexplained patterns that scar our skies are “causing detrimental human health effects and environmental degradation.”

In this 1-hour plus video exclusive for Prison Planet.tv members, Peterson reveals how she was first spurred to investigate chemtrails after being alerted to them by someone at the Mendocino County Probation Department. Peterson then began to intensely study the phenomenon and note that aircraft producing the trails would circle the county in a clock-like loop, covering the entire area with a cloudy haze in as little as three hours. Peterson cites NASA studies showing that the chemtrails turn into man-made clouds, exacerbating artificial climate change. However, Peterson states her contention that NASA is attempting to cover-up the true nature of chemtrails and convince people that they are a natural phenomenon, a ruse dutifully parroted by top weather and satellite observatories, who as Peterson explains acknowledge the fact that man-made chemtrails are changing the weather yet still label them as natural weather fronts in their public broadcasts.

Peterson shows a map provided by the FAA which reveals how “intra-flights” – mainly of military origin – are causing the chemtrails by flying in loops around counties in flight paths that differ substantially from normal airline trajectories. The flights have no other obvious purpose than to disperse chemtrails because they have no fixed destination, they merely fly around and around in circles.

As proponents of geoengineering like Obama’s science czar John P. Holdren have proposed, blocking sunlight is a primary effect of chemtrailing, and sulfur could be one of the chemicals being dispersed by these trails. As Peterson explains, sulfur has been linked with a host of health problems, which is why California removed it from diesel fuel in the first place.

After studying water quality samples for the state of California stretching back some 30 years, Peterson found that starting from 1990, water sources were all registering unusual spikes in certain chemicals at precisely the same time, namely arsenic, barium, aluminum, calcium, manganese, magnesium, lead and iron. By measuring the spikes in these chemicals in the water supply with similar spikes in these chemicals in air quality samples, Peterson was able to conclude that the cause was airborne and that it had to be coming from the atmosphere. Peterson notes that mixing aluminum and barium creates clouds and that NASA experiments based around this concept were coinciding with the spikes in such chemicals measured in water and air quality samples.

This is an enlightening, detailed and documented explanation of how chemtrailing is being conducted, who is responsible for it and what the consequences are for our health and the environment.

Sometimes, I have to sit and wonder, what is the message they are trying to give Obama? For some reason all these breeches of security seem to be sending a deeper message. Like that dude that jumped the white house fence during their dinner party.  Can I get a witness? I mean how many of these events took place during Bush’s administration? I’m not counting but it surely does seem like more than I have ever seen before.
It’s purely conjecture on my part but it certainly seems strange to have all of these killings and mass murders and disruptions and breeches of security during the Obama Administration.
At Least 14 Dead in California Shooting, One Suspect Killed
by CORKY SIEMASZKO, PETE WILLIAMS and M. ALEX JOHNSON
At least 14 people were killed and a suspect was dead Wednesday after up to three gunmen on a “mission” barged into a holiday party in a California conference room and unleashed a bloodbath, law enforcement sources told NBC News.
The gunman or gunmen fled in a black SUV after the shooting about at 11 a.m. (2 p.m. ET), police said.
About 4½ hours later, multiple police cars were involved in a high-speed chase nearby with three people in a dark truck or SUV, law enforcement sources told NBC News. Two of the suspects were shot, the sources said – one was killed, and the other was unresponsive after having been wounded in the chest.
One suspect killed, one in custody in CA 2:39
The location of the third person wasn’t immediately clear, but San Bernardino police Sgt. Vicki Cervantes said a third subject was believed to be “outstanding.” NBC Los Angeles broadcast video of officers ringing a black vehicle after the shootout.
In addition to the 14 dead:
  1. At least 10 of 17 wounded are in critical condition.
  2. Police arrested at least one suspect after shootout hours later.
  3. The shooting erupted during a holiday party in a conference room.
  4. Federal agencies are assisting the investigation.
  5. Cervantes said that one officer was shot in the confrontation but didn’t suffer a life-threatening wound and that one suspect possibly remained at large.
Seventeen other people were wounded when the shooting started inside the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, about 55 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, police said.
Authorities said 10 of the 17 injured were taken to hospitals in critical condition. Fire Chief Tom Hannemann said three people were in serious condition.
It appeared to be the worst mass shooting since the December 2012 slaughter of 20 first-graders and six staffers at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
“These people came prepared to do what they did as if they were on a mission,” San Bernardino Police Chief Jarrod Burguan said. “They were armed with long guns, not with handguns.”
Burguan added, “The suspects have fled.”
“We don’t yet have a motive,” the chief said, adding that the getaway vehicle was a black SUV of some kind.
Burguan warned that the death toll could climb as investigators continued to search the building. “This is a tragedy,” he said.

Breaking: mass shooting, San Bernardino, plus “training exercise”

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, Power Outside The Matrix, click here.)
    KTLA reports—here’s a key quote:
“The call first came in at 10:59 a.m. of multiple shots fired from the area of 1365 S. Waterman Ave., San Bernardino Police Department Lt. Richard Lawhead said. The department’s SWAT team was training nearby and was suited, ‘ready to roll’ and responded rapidly, Lawhead said.”
—Yet another mass shooting where, by chance, a training exercise was going on during or prior to the event.
San Bernardino, east of Los Angeles.  Reports state several shooters in a cluster of three office buildings that employ 600 people, 20 victims down, and shooters apparently at large.
Here is a recent article I wrote about mass shootings paralleling training exercises:
    by PHIL HELSEL
Watch Live: NBC Special Report on Shootings in San Bernardino, California.
President Barack Obama called for stricter firearms laws as after a mass shootingin California that left at least 14 people dead, calling the spate of gun violence in the U.S. “unparalleled” to other countries.
Obama spoke with CBS News Wednesday as the shooting at a center that serves the developmentally disabled in San Bernardino was still unfolding, and cautioned that much was still unknown.
“It does appear that there are going to be some casualties, and obviously our hearts go out to the victims and the families,” Obama said.
“The one thing we do know is that we have a pattern now of mass shootings in this country that has no parallel anywhere else in the world,” Obama said. “And there are some steps that we could take — not to eliminate every one of these mass shootings — but to improve the odds that they don’t happen as frequently.”

Undercover Cop Pulls Gun and Threatens Oakland Police Brutality Protesters | Alternet

Hysterical!

LOL, these assholes, sorry my bad language, but if they are trying to have an American Spring, they are really doing it all wrong. That stuff worked in the Middle East.

People here have seen them do it over there, so now they are very suspicious and are ready with easy social media access to tell all.

What part of retarded do they not understand? Even switching sides is retarded. LOL, now they can go from breaking the law to keeping the law, when they were just seen tearing up shit??? I’m sorry, but sometimes 4 letter words says it all!!

Undercover Cop Pulls Gun and Threatens Oakland Police Brutality Protesters | Alternet

(Editor’s Note: This report has been updated with new developments at 8.30 PM PST on Thursday).
A white undercover California Highway Patrol (CHP) detective pulled a gun and threatened protesters at Wednesday night’s march to end racist policing and police brutality in Oakland, California.
He was seen losing his cool and pointing the gun at protesters and a photographer before other uniformed police arrived to arrest a black protester, as can be seen on numerous videos of the incident on the Twitter feeds, #berkeleyprotest and #oaklandprotest.
The incident was photographed and posted to storify.com and #oaklandprotest, where it quickly went viral. These Twitter feeds have been documenting the ongoing East Bay protests following the two grand jury decisions in Ferguson, Missouri and New York City, in which white officers who killed unarmed black men escaped facing charges.
Late Thursday, the Los Angeles Times extensively quoted California Highway Patrol Chief Avery Browne discussing the incident, where Browne concluded that “no one has provided any evidence that the officers were inappropriate in what they did.”
Browne recounted his chronology of the event. He said the gun-pointing detective was one of several undercover cops posing as demonstrators at Wednesday’s march in Oakland. He the detective said a fellow undercover officer had been “attacked” by protesters. He said the detective who pulled the gun told him, “Chief, I didn’t know if I was going to make it out of this thing alive.”
That line of defense–that a police officer is entitled to use deadly force while doing his job if he fears for his life–is the standard in law that absolves police officers from facing charges for harm caused by excessive force. That was seen as the legal linchpin that allowed two grand juries to exonerate the white officers who killed Michael Brown in Ferguson and Eric Garner in Staten Island.
The protests across the country demand, among other things, that this standard protecting police who lose control and use excessive force must be changed. They say, as the LA Times’ report indicates, that police who too quickly rely on deadly weapons know that they can say those magic words–they feared for their lives–and escape accountability.
The CHP Browne made another telling admission to the LA TImes, saying that many undercover officers were spooked by protesters who recognized that they were cops and called them out in front of other protesters. The Times wrote:
“The CHP and other law enforcement agencies have been using plainclothes officers to observe and gather information about the protests, and Browne said tensions have risen among officers as several protesters have posted pictures of themselves on social media claiming to be armed with handguns, rocks and explosive devices.
“Despite Wednesday’s incident, Browne said he will continue to deploy plainclothes officers to gather intelligence from protesters. Officers have also been creating Twitter accounts, on which they don’t identify themselves as police, in order to monitor planned demonstrations.”
This video, posted by WeCopWatch on YouTube on Thursday, identified two other undercover Oakland police officers who posed as protesters and were unmasked by marchers. However, there is nothing in that exchange that can be described as threatening.
The Oakland incident comes after police in nearby Berkeley rioted this past Saturday night, lunging into the crowd and using smoke bombs, nightsticks and tear gas to disperse a crowd of several hundred protesters. That confrontation led the Berkeley police to reconsider their tactics during protests on the following nights.
But as the protest marchers crossed into other police jurisdictions, closing several interstate highways, other police agencies, such as the California Highway Patrol, said they would respond forcefully.
This latest development shows that police are not changing their use of excessive force as the protesters have been demanding. It is a sobering reminder of how entrenched police policies and practices are, which is one reason that the protests are continuing.
