NB Commentary: I want to comment on whether the deaths are faked or real. Everything is energy and the Cabal, that runs this world needs the energy and not necessarily the deaths. You once mentioned that folks are worth “more” dead than alive. Think about it, when someone dies or is reported to have died, all types of energy is released from family, friends, fans, individuals, etc. the Gofundme pages for example, the insurance companies, and behind all this are the Banksters. People don’t realize how the banking system works and how the digital entries are counted as assets, even if they are supposed to go to someone else. But while they are sitting there in the bank, they are considered commodities and can be traded. You follow me?
Now, let’s look at the emotional energy. The Cabal are ritualistically feeding a blood thirsty Vampire Monster, this monster once demanded “blood sacrifices”. They don’t have to have an actual death/blood when they can have hysteria, mania, grief and fear to feed their monster. Since the Monster is not in the physical plain and since we know that death is an illusion, they can manipulate the minds of the masses and get just as much energy out of them as if there was an “actual” death. Just watching how the masses reacts is the “dead” give away.
Back in the day, you would see actual blood flowing. Humans have used “blood” in rituals across cultures. The shedding of blood is an Archetype. Blood represents life, energy. When you bleed, you lose energy, and if enough blood is lost your physical body dies. It seems that so many living things have blood in them, down to the tiniest bug., Throughout human history man has shed the blood of another in conflicts. The more blood he sheds the more power he has, hence “blood sacrifices” are empowering to those who conduct them.

Wars are ritual sacrifices to their Vampire Monster and are still conducted because their Monster needs some “real” blood from time to time.. But it also has a ripple effect around the rest of the world. Grief, Terror, Shock & Awe, feeds the Monster, real or contrived, it’s the energy of Shock and Awe that they want.
When humans indulge in ritual sacrifices that include the spilling of blood and death, they link into that Vampire Monster and become its host. It seeks them out for constant feeding and promises them dominion over the unwashed masses.
But it’s all energy and what we need to do is become the Masters of how we allow our energies to be manipulated and/or drained from us. This Vampire Monster the Cabal is feeding, drains us of our Psychic energy, where the real power lies.. Once the Cabal realized they didn’t have to actually “kill” people to get the energy, they created “Social engineering projects”, to get the same results. Sports games, music festivals, religious evangelism, horror movies, violence and other conduits where the masses gather together and emit powerful energy.
When he say it’s all fake, I can see what he means because they make shit up as they go along, and watch folks become manic, releasing their psychic energy. They have to make shit up, because their Vampire Monster is insatiable.

NB Commentary: The mystique around this man and his history goes far back for those of us who experienced his rise and unfortunate fall in the boxing world. As a former member of the Nation Of Islam, I remember this man as a hero, a warrior, an artist and a poet. Personally, boxing to me is a brutal sport, one that boggles my mind that anyone would want to step into a ring and beat on another human being. As a sport, it says a lot about who we are as human beings, but as an industry it says even more about the social engineering that takes place that has folks sitting in the audience, cheering their “champion” on as he beats the snot out of another man, and nowadays, another woman.
It’s a brutal sport and there have been reports of how diseases similar to Parkinson’s can be gotten by these fighters as their heads and brains are banged around in the ring and during training. Muhammad Ali was known for not allowing his opponent to get any punches to his face and head. He knew how to protect himself from those deadly blows but obviously, a few got in.
What I did in my head was to focus on his contribution as a man who “stood up” against the establishment of White Supremacy and the idiocy of fighting the white man’s war when the war was really going on at home. It was a magnificent and moving time during the 60’s and 70’s as movement upon movement emerged from the grassroots and WITHOUT social media, I might add. It was also a tragic time, with our war weary heroes being cut down, one by one. So many people died during this era, so many leaders for social justice, human rights and civil liberties. Occupy Wall Street had nothing on the spontaneity of the various social activist groups that hit the streets. Many too numerous to mention in this short post but the impact of the times still stays with many of us who lived through it.
Born in 1951 I grew up in a neighborhood of predominately African Americans in North Philadelphia. My Mother always had this black pride thing going with her and she was one of the first people in our neighborhood to wear an Afro. She was always a rebel of sorts and I still don’t know if she did it to be contrary or if she did it on the real. Nevertheless, the impact that she had on my life remains with me to this day, and I must admit that my love for my people comes from her admiration of the black skinned man and woman.
I joined the Nation of Islam in 1971, to my Mother’s chagrin of which I do understand now, but certainly could not fathom what her problem was then. Didn’t she tell me that black was beautiful, didn’t she used to say that folks with light eyes had “the devil in them”? Didn’t she encourage me to be a rebel by her own rebellious way of doing things? I soon realized that she didn’t want me to rebel against her, and that’s what she saw it as because I left the Catholic Church while going to a Catholic College and joined the infamous, Nation Of Islam.
There was the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, there was Malcolm X, there was Cassius Clay and there was Minister Jeremiah Shabazz. These folks towered over our heads in the “teachings” and we were in awe of them. And as for me, I will always pay homage to the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, the father I never had, the grandfather I never had. He is due that much respect because of the lessons I learned from his teachings.

As time goes on we progress, we evolve and we learn but we still remember those days and how they changed us.
Today, I learned that one of those people who changed my life took his last breath
on this physical plane and made it outa here. It’s amazing how when someone like that makes transition how you seem to time travel back to those poignant moments when they touched your life in a memorable way. Today, I went all the way back to 1971 when he lost that fight. I was in tears, standing near the mailbox, letter in hand, addressed with only his name, telling him how much I loved him and supported him and prayed for him. I dropped that envelope into the mailbox, with no stamp, no return address and no expectation that he would ever receive it as I cried real tears for this man, this icon, my hero, my warrior, “who floated like a butterfly and stung like a bee.” It was a dark day for me because it felt like something cosmic had changed. I didn’t know what to call it back then. The word cosmic was not a part of my vocabulary, but I felt a serious shift in my consciousness and I cried. It felt like a great war had been lost.

Knowing today, what I know about sports and entertainment, I have my suspicions about his illness. Some may call me paranoid, but I see it as discernment and critical thinking. When you look at the trail of tears caused by the fallen warriors during that time, it does beg to question… was a fix in??

Our young brothers and sisters too, coming home from Vietnam… Malcolm, Martin, John, Robert, Medgar, and many others whose death sent shockwaves around the world….. These tragic deaths have a lasting effect on your psyche because they were rays of hope during a very, very cruel and hateful time. They each had their own battles, they each fought in their own arenas, some even gathered together for the same fight, but they were stalwart in the movement for justice.

So, when he lost the fight, I was riddled from right to left, back and forth, up and down. Never knowing any of these people personally but the communal and social mystique surrounding them made them up front and personal in my mind.
And then he lost the fight. The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad warned him,
don’t go back into the ring. You have your championship! You are the greatest boxer of all times, don’t go back. Stay with us, come with us, teach the lessons, so many people listen to you. But he didn’t listen, and we in the Nation kinda knew why he lost. We wanted him to win, we hoped he would win and we prayed on it to, but he lost. And that was the story that we knew would happen, because our Messenger had warned him.
To be clear, I am nowhere near as naïve as I was back in those days. I never heard of Co-Intel Pro or any of that stuff before I joined the Nation. I learned about that and more afterwards. But I knew about say it loud, I’m black and I’m proud!!! I also know that today, he can read my message to him, and maybe read that letter I placed in the mailbox decades ago, addressed to him, that let him know, I loved him and that he was one of my heroes. Of course, I am sure he will be very, very busy pouring through his cosmic mailbox.

Muhammad Ali, the silver-tongued boxer and civil rights champion who famously proclaimed himself “The Greatest” and then spent a lifetime living up to the billing, is dead.
Ali died Friday at a Phoenix-area hospital, where he had spent the past few days being treated for respiratory complications, a family spokesman confirmed to NBC News. He was 74.

“After a 32-year battle with Parkinson’s disease, Muhammad Ali has passed away at the age of 74. The three-time World Heavyweight Champion boxer died this evening,” Bob Gunnell, a family spokesman, told NBC News.
Ali had suffered for three decades from Parkinson’s, a progressive neurological condition that slowly robbed him of both his verbal grace and his physical dexterity. A funeral service is planned in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.
His daughter Rasheda said early Saturday that the legend was “no longer suffering,” describing him as “daddy, my best friend and hero” as well as “the greatest man that ever lived.”
Even as his health declined, Ali did not shy from politics or controversy, releasing a statement in December criticizing Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s proposal to ban Muslims from entering the United States. “We as Muslims have to stand up to those who use Islam to advance their own personal agenda,” he said.
The remark bookended the life of a man who burst into the national consciousness in the early 1960s, when as a young heavyweight champion he converted to Islam and refused to serve in the Vietnam War, and became an emblem of strength, eloquence, conscience and courage. Ali was an anti-establishment showman who transcended borders and barriers, race and religion. His fights against other men became spectacles, but he embodied much greater battles.
Fighter and Thinker: the Two Sides of Muhammad Ali
Born Cassius Marcellus Clay on Jan. 17, 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky, to middle-class parents, Ali started boxing when he was 12, winning Golden Gloves titles before heading to the 1960 Olympics in Rome, where he won a gold medal as a light heavyweight.
He turned professional shortly afterward, supported at first by Louisville business owners who guaranteed him an unprecedented 50-50 split in earnings. His knack for talking up his own talents — often in verse — earned him the dismissive nickname “the Louisville Lip,” but he backed up his talk with action, relocating to Miami to work with top trainer Angelo Dundee and build a case for getting a shot at the heavyweight title.
As his profile rose, Ali acted out against American racism. After he was refused services at a soda fountain counter, he said, he threw his Olympic gold medal into a river.
Recoiling from the sport’s tightly knit community of agents and promoters, Ali found guidance instead from the Nation of Islam, an American Muslim sect that advocated racial separation and rejected the pacifism of most civil rights activism. Inspired by Malcolm X, one of the group’s leaders, he converted in 1963. But he kept his new faith a secret until the crown was safely in hand.
That came the following year, when heavyweight champion Sonny Liston agreed to fight Ali. The challenger geared up for the bout with a litany of insults and rhymes, including the line, “float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.” He beat the fearsome Liston in a sixth-round technical knockout before a stunned Miami Beach crowd. In the ring, Ali proclaimed, “I am the greatest! I am the greatest! I’m the king of the world.”
A Controversial Champion
The new champion soon renounced Cassius Clay as his “slave name” and said he would be known from then on as Muhammad Ali — bestowed by Nation of Islam founder Elijah Muhammad. He was 22 years old.
The move split sports fans and the broader American public: an American sports champion rejecting his birth name and adopting one that sounded subversive.
Ali successfully defended his title six times, including a rematch with Liston. Then, in 1967, at the height of the Vietnam War, Ali was drafted to serve in the U.S. Army.
He’d said previously that the war did not comport with his faith, and that he had “no quarrel” with America’s enemy, the Vietcong. He refused to serve.
“My conscience won’t let me go shoot my brother, or some darker people, some poor, hungry people in the mud, for big powerful America, and shoot them for what?” Ali said in an interview. “They never called me nigger. They never lynched me. They didn’t put no dogs on me.”
His stand culminated with an April appearance at an Army recruiting station, where he refused to step forward when his name was called. The reaction was swift and harsh. He was stripped of his boxing title, convicted of draft evasion and sentenced to five years in prison.
Released on appeal but unable to fight or leave the country, Ali turned to the lecture circuit, speaking on college campuses, where he engaged in heated debates, pointing out the hypocrisy of denying rights to blacks even as they were ordered to fight the country’s battles abroad.
“My enemy is the white people, not Vietcongs or Chinese or Japanese,” Ali told one white student who challenged his draft avoidance. “You my opposer when I want freedom. You my opposer when I want justice. You my opposer when I want equality. You won’t even stand up for me in America for my religious beliefs and you want me to go somewhere and fight but you won’t even stand up for me here at home.”

Ali’s fiery commentary was praised by antiwar activists and black nationalists and vilified by conservatives, including many other athletes and sportswriters.
His appeal took four years to reach the U.S. Supreme Court, which in June 1971 reversed the conviction in a unanimous decision that found the Department of Justice had improperly told the draft board that Ali’s stance wasn’t motivated by religious belief.
Return to the Ring
Toward the end of his legal saga, Georgia agreed to issue Ali a boxing license, which allowed him to fight Jerry Quarry, whom he beat. Six months later, at a sold-out Madison Square Garden, he lost to Joe Frazier in a 15-round duel touted as “the fight of the century.” It was Ali’s first defeat as a pro.
That fight began one of boxing’s and sport’s greatest rivalries. Ali and Frazier fought again in 1974, after Frazier had lost his crown. This time, Ali won in a unanimous decision, making him the lead challenger for the heavyweight title.
He took it from George Foreman later that year in a fight in Zaire dubbed “The Rumble in the Jungle,” a spectacularly hyped bout for which Ali moved to Africa for the summer, followed by crowds of chanting locals wherever he went. A three-day music festival featuring James Brown and B.B. King preceded the fight. Finally, Ali delivered a historic performance in the ring, employing a new strategy dubbed the “rope-a-dope,” goading the favored Foreman into attacking him, then leaning back into the ropes in a defensive stance and waiting for Foreman to tire. Ali then went on the attack, knocking out Foreman in the eighth round. The maneuver has been copied by many other champions since.
The third fight in the Ali-Frazier trilogy followed in 1975, the “Thrilla in Manila” that is now regarded as one of the best boxing matches of all time. Ali won in a technical knockout in the 15th round.
Ali successfully defended his title until 1978, when he was beaten by a young Leon Spinks, and then quickly took it back. He retired in 1979, when he was 37, but, seeking to replenish his dwindling personal fortune, returned in 1980 for a title match against Larry Holmes, which he lost. Ali lost again, to Trevor Berbick, the following year. Finally, Ali retired for good.

‘He’s Human, Like Us’
The following year, Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson’s.
“I’m in no pain,” he told The New York Times. “A slight slurring of my speech, a little tremor. Nothing critical. If I was in perfect health — if I had won my last two fights — if I had no problem, people would be afraid of me. Now they feel sorry for me. They thought I was Superman. Now they can go, ‘He’s human, like us. He has problems.’ ”
During the research period from 1993 to 2009, 211 patients died. The analysis revealed that:
The average time from the onset of symptoms to death was 16 years.
The average age at death was 81.
Patients with dementia were nearly twice as likely to die early as patients without memory problems.
Patients with a history of delusions, hallucinations, or other psychotic symptoms were almost 50% more likely to die early, compared to patients without the symptoms.
Even as his health gradually declined, Ali — who switched to more mainstream branches of Islam — threw himself into humanitarian causes, traveling to Lebanon in 1985 and Iraq in 1990 to seek the release of American hostages. In 1996, he lit the Olympic flame in Atlanta, lifting the torch with shaking arms. With each public appearance he seemed more feeble, a stark contrast to his outsized aura. He continued to be one of the most recognizable people in the world.
He traveled incessantly for many years, crisscrossing the globe in appearances in which he made money but also pushed philanthropic causes. He met with presidents, royalty, heads of state, the Pope. He told “People” magazine that his largest regret was not playing a more intimate role in the raising of his children. But he said he did not regret boxing. “If I wasn’t a boxer, I wouldn’t be famous,” he said. “If I wasn’t famous, I wouldn’t be able to do what I’m doing now.”
In 2005, President George W. Bush honored Ali with the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and his hometown of Louisville opened the Muhammad Ali Center, chronicling his life but also as a forum for promoting tolerance and respect.
Divorced three times and the father of nine children — one of whom, Laila, become a boxer — Ali married his last wife, Yolanda “Lonnie” Williams, in 1986; they lived for a long time in Berrien Springs, Michigan, then moved to Arizona.
In recent years, Ali’s health began to suffer dramatically. There was a death scare in 2013, and last year he was rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive. He recovered and returned to his new home in Arizona.
In his final years, Ali was barely able to speak. Asked to share his personal philosophy with NPR in 2009, Ali let his wife read his essay:
“I never thought of the possibility of failing, only of the fame and glory I was going to get when I won,” Ali wrote. “I could see it. I could almost feel it. When I proclaimed that I was the greatest of all time, I believed in myself, and I still do.”

What makes folks think that that is power? And what makes people think that if he got it and did all that stuff that folks think the Powers that Be don’t want him to do, that he would be successful? A take down is a take down and they don’t care what kind of Psuedo power you have. Besides, it’s commerce… people really don’t have a clue how this shithole works when it comes to fame, money, fame, money, politics, fame, money and corruption…
Even Ruppert Murdock has some running competition and he owns a bunch of media. Don’t get it twisted folks. Cosby would have to be in a whole other league to be untouchable. Perhaps create his own TV Network? Perhaps, but buying NBC is so laughable and people keep saying this over and over.
His power days have long since been gone. And when he had it, that was the time to really do something for the Black Community.
If they really wanted to shake him down, they would have “allowed” the buy out and then expose him to the world, what better way to pull the rug out from under him.
Cosby said “No” to somebody, and that did not go over well. So they launched a well hidden campaign to defame him in the eyes of the masses. This campaign has been hidden for some time, and held on to, for just the right moment and then, boom to the moon!
Okay, for the sake of argument, let’s say that the conjecture that Cosby was gonna change the stereotypes of blacks in the media and that it was gonna make a big difference int he black community and that this difference was gonna scare white folks so much so they had to take Cosby down. Let’s just say you might have a point.
Now.
Let’s take a look at reality. If all it took was righteous examples of Black Folks in the media to change things around, how come there are hardly any, no where? Is everyone who comes up with the idea being threatened with a take down?
No, in fact Spike Lee did his fair share of changing that image and you see what happened to him right? I ain’t just talking about what the elite did to him. I am talking about what Black Folks did to him.
Black folks support shows that are very stereotypical. They support the rap artists
that talk about bitches and hoes and gangsters and drugs. They watch BET and the TV shows. And the MEDIA knows that!! Black folks participate quite handsomely in their own demise.
Look at the food we eat, the music we listen to, the TV shows we watch. If there was no market for it, then it would not sell and they would have stopped portraying Black folks like that a long time ago.
So the idea that Cosby was gonna do ANYTHING is laughable, because Black folks would soon tire of a zillion Cosby Shows and Fat Alberts. And we have to face that fact. If it were not for Blacks spending their money on the things that destroy them, there would be no market for the stereotypes. Cosby would soon have to fold because nobody would be watching his boring, tired, unexciting network full of do-gooder black folks, going to college and having their own businesses, being respectful to each other and helping the homeless. GIVE ME A BREAK! That network would fold in 6 months for lack of advertisement sales and viewers. Let’s be serious.

Black folks need to stop being apologists for Cosby and open their eyes. It’s a rabbit hole and it’s way deeper than you think.
As far as the Media is concerned, Blacks have got to stop blaming the white man for their depictions of stereotypes! If you don’t like it, don’t buy it, don’t buy their music, don’t buy their fashion and cosmetic lines, don’t support any artists who are not uplifting and liberating the Black community. Don’t support businesses that do not support the Black community. Don’t go to their institutions of learning and stay the hell out of their jails.
Blacks complain and complain about White Supremacy in one breath and support the Machine in the next. That is why the idea is laughable because the Machine knows that the majority of Black folks would not support a Network that wasn’t catering to the lowest most defiled images of Black Folks, they know that and that is why they are rich because of it.

I am somewhere, I can’t exactly tell where it is. Maybe a store, a mall, a hotel lobby it seemed to be a combination of all there. And this young man come into the lobby wearing a clearly oversized sear sucker suit.

He must have thought that I had something to say about it but actually, I remember those suits and thought it quite interesting that anyone would be wearing them now. He walks over to me and volunteered this information. “You know, this is one of Bill Cosby’s old suits. He let me have it. He is much taller than I am so the pants are a little long, but he wore this a while back. It’s a Fraser Men’s suit.” I respond, “Really, I didn’t know that.” “Yes, Fraser wanted Cosby to wear their suits, it was an endorsement kind of thing.” “No kidding.” “Yep, but after a while Cosby wanted to wear more stylish suits. Fraser suits became more stylish over time. But then Cosby didn’t want their endorsement any more, he wanted to wear what he wanted to wear.” By now this young man is fashionably dressed in a very nice suit that was form fitting and more tailored than the old model sear sucker suits were.
“I can see that.” I respond “Well, that’s what put Cosby in trouble. He was going against the agreement. You know, the agreement was that things will keep quiet as long as he wore Fraser suits. You think that’s crazy don’t you, that something as simple as an endorsement will cause the downfall of a person in the industry, right?” “Well, yeah, who would think that something like that would hurt anyone. You should be able to say yes or no to an endorsement, correct?” “Nope, not in the industry, you don’t say no to an endorsement. You take the endorsement and keep it moving. It came out a few years ago, and Cosby made some kind of arrangement with them and things blew over. It came out again and again, Cosby made an arrangement and it died down, but this time, well as you can see, it has gone viral and Cosby is in deep trouble. This is how it happens. Cosby is at a party, something like this, a gathering or something and there are folks all around. He is dressed rather fashionably and there are young girls all over the place. One young lady is standing directly in front of him. In fact, she is standing very close to him. Nice looking young lady, I might add. Cosby puts his hands on the young lady’s waist like so.” He is now demonstrating using me as the young lady in his story. “One thing leads to another and the young lady and Cosby end up doing what that kind of thing leads to. They go off and no one says anything, but everyone knows cause they are doing it too. You look around and folks are all coupled off with other folks, and ain’t nobody married to them folks cause it ain’t that kind of party. There are also watchers here. They keep the tabs on all the things that are going on. If any of these folks step out of line, well you know what happens. It just was Cosby’s turn to go down.” I am incredulous of this story and I quickly remove his hands from around my waist. “Dude, you got to be making this up, right?” “Not at all, I ain’t making it up, I am telling you what happened to Cosby and what happens to a lot of them folks if they don’t tow the line. It’s just that simple. In fact, it wasn’t just girls.” Here he shows me a picture of Cosby kissing a man. It looked like it may have even been him but I couldn’t really make it out in the dream as the face of the other guy was positioned such that it was not discernible. “Aww, come on dude, Cosby was messing with men too! You must be kidding me, or you are straight up lying.” “Okay, you can believe what you want to believe, but I am not lying, it’s the truth, that’s all I got to say.”
I woke up before I could ask this dude why he was telling me all this. I decide to look it up, Frazier men’s suits, believing that my dream wouldn’t actually give me the name of something that was really real, I mean even I doubt my dreams sometimes. No matter how many times they show me stuff, information, I just go, okay… But that has been my history with my dreams, I get names and places and stories that turn out to be true. So I look it up and found out that there actually is a line of men’s suits call Frazier, the spelling is FRASER. I don’t know what happened at this point to Cy Mann or why his business is no longer operating. I couldn’t find any connection to the House of Fraser or even why Sarto Sebastian took over the Cy Mann Clothier, Ltd. It was a long day with lots of other information but no direct link. I would read the above listed article because it describes Cosby’s propensity towards style and grace in his wardrobe of suits, even though lately he has been dressing more casually. I can only surmise that the dream is telling something about that but not quite sure of the connection to that and this current avalanche of a scandal.

Bill Cosby’s fall from grace has been swift and hard. He was once one of the most beloved and respected figures in Hollywood. Now all he may be remembered for is drugging and raping countless women. Does he deserve worldwide shame? Without question he does. Can his image be rehabilitated? That’s highly unlikely. A 2005 deposition given in a civil suit filed by alleged victim Andrea Constand, paints a picture of a man who is depraved and appears to have no regrets for his actions.

I have been doing some ground work on this thing with Bill Cosby. I am not sure about what you have said here, except to say, that maybe you just don’t understand much about PTSD. There is no umbrella knee jerk reaction that all who suffer this can be given. So the idea that they would have come forward years ago discounts the way that they are dealing with their trauma or not dealing with it.
While people aged 18 or 19 may be legally considered adults and able to fight in wars they are not physically and mentally mature. In fact, some folks take a long time to become mentally mature for that matter.
In the Hollyweirdbusiness there are all types of scenarios and we all know that wine, women, sex and drugs are a big part of it. Do I have to prove that? Is it hearsay? Yes. By whom? The Hollyweirdos themselves through various venues.
At 18-19 years old, you have been given bucket loads of what it’s like to live high of the hog in Hollyweird. The stars parade before you and you want to be a part of the glamorous life they all seem to enjoy. But they are not privy to the backroom deals, compromises and adulterating things they will have to do to make it to the”Big Top.” The adults around them do, they have heard the stories and seen the movies of the real life downfall of these trend setters. These adults warn their children in many cases. At 18 or 19 who listens to adults? Especially if you have determined that adults have no clue about what is happening in the real world outside of their bedrooms.
How many of these young people, 40 years ago are taught about what “rape” really is? How many of them come from broken homes? How many of them come from poverty and are looking for a way out? How many of them are already accustomed to the life style and know their lines? How many of them think that “giving” your body in exchange for a chance is part of what comes with getting ahead? And finally, how many of them realized they were raped after the statute of limitations? Seriously……. how many women right now, realize they are being raped by their husbands/boyfriends when they say “NO” and are ignored?
All I am saying is that, in certain instances, particularly Hollyweird , it’s not considered rape, it’s consider to be what you do, what is done to you, and what you see happening around you.
In essence, many, many people do this in Hollyweirdand even more people turn their heads the other way, or simply participate. It’s the way of the world in Hollyweird .
Sometimes, the stars are bribed and intimidated into uncompromising situations and they too are victims of the greed and vileness of their handlers. Everybody in Hollyweirdis handled by someone. It’s not right, but it is a weird normalcy. Who in Hollyweird is complaining about the sex trafficking and prostitution and drug rings that go on? Few if any. And when they do, well they become profoundly targeted. I say profoundly because they are all targeted. It’s show business and it’s about the money, fame and notoriety, the glamour and the luxuries, the high life and the status, the conspicuous consumption.
Again, how many of them equated it to rape at that young age? How many of them were raped before they got to Hollyweird? How many of them realizedvery late that their rage, insecurities, depressions, suicidal tendencies, anxieties, paranoia, etc. had anything to do with their history of being abused by an authority figure, someone they trusted?
I am a Mental Health professional, and in my experience, I have seen it happen over and over again, where the memory of the traumatic situation is erased, skewed or purposely forgotten, and they ain’t even trying to get into Hollyweird. There is no other pressure around them but family and friends. Now couple that with family, friends and other celebrities who will come down hard on you for even insinuating such a thing about Bill Cosby.
He wasn’t “America’s dad”during the initial alleged incidences, but if you know the pathology, many times, once it is not reported or if reported denied, then it becomes an addiction when it first started off as just sick.
And, HELLO!!! on your Cosby wasn’t powerful back then, you can’t be serious? He was outlandishly powerful with many firsts in this country for any black man during those times. And he had money!!!! Imagine, here we had a culture that would lynch a black man in a heart beat for looking at a white woman, let alone raping her, and he was accepted into the White Aristocracy!! Yep, he was powerful alright, more than you could ever know, unless you are a Black man/woman in America. Black people didn’t just come of age without a struggle or slippery dancing to get into the door. Believe me, he was big in the eyes of many people across racial lines and to have him mentor you or help you get ahead was a great honor! Why? Because he was powerful.
So, in conclusion, I appreciate your perspective on this in that it inspired me to write down mine. Whether the media tries and convicts him or not, is irrelevant. Whether he says yeah, I did it or not is also irrelevant. What is most needed is the rape culture being put on blast, especially in how it is played out in Hollyweird, religious institutions, sports and politics. Powerful people are taking advantage of women, men and children across the board. If nothing else, that needs to be addressed. This episode will encourage more disclosure and education on how folks are supposed to act. Whether it changes the complexion of the lifestyle of the rich and famous remains to be seen, but it’s a step in the right direction and an important hurdle towards the healing. In these situations, all parties are victims!

To be honest, I was trying to figure out what it was about this whole situation that made me feel a deep sadness withing my self. How can this be? Cosby? A sexual predator? The man who made me laugh throughout my childhood and the same man whom I shared that laughter with my own children? This man?
Well of course we know what happens behind closed doors in Hollywood, it’s no big secret, it ain’t even a conspiracy theory. It’s fact, pure and simple. Men prey on women, women prey on men, and let’s not forget what happens to the under aged youth who end up in this mess. She is such a beautiful person. Why do I say that? How do I know? Because my group, the “Voices Of Africa” Choral and Percussion Ensemble performed at their daughter’s Erinn’s wedding at their beautiful Elkins Park Estate. That’s how I know. It was Camille who made it a beautiful experience for all of us. She was gracious, loving and kind and through it all, as it was shortly after their son, Ennis, death.
She was radiant and absolutely breathtaking in her appearance and demeanor and despite all the legal papers we had to sign swearing us to secrecy that we would not breath a word of it, or tell even our closest friends that we were there, she made sure we were featured in the middle section of the Jet Magazine. That was Camille. And after that she supported us with donations so that we could go to Ghana, West Africa! How do I know that? She hugged me and I felt her.
But I must agree with this writer, quiet as it’s kept, while it may be the end of the road for Cosby’s career, it’s the end of the road for the life of denial that she lived for 50 years. How does one so beautiful, so poised and so committed to her family and husband live a lie for 50 years and survive it?
Too often in cased of child molestation, sexual assault and sexual indiscretions perpetrated by the men, and even women in this society, the person who is most hurt and most traumatized by it is the wife, spouse or partner of the accused. Particularly, if they are the public face of the perpetrator. How do they look themselves in the mirror, day after day, month after month, year after year counting on to 50 years???
What has to be the deepest incessant turmoil that goes on in the family for a woman, spouse or partner that decides to stay despite it all? Can that destructive pain and denial have a face other than sheer goulish nightmarish horror? Where do they put their true feelings, their true face, their true rage?
Who can have any semblance of trust ever again for a spouse or partner who completely humiliates you before the eyes of the entire world? A secret that is guarded by them that is not a secret at all, but a blatant slap in the face and a devastating assault on all that you may describe as integrity?
Coming up from under this shroud may be the best thing to happen for Camille or maybe the worst. Today we have Social Media. It can take a tiny grain of sand and transform it into a meteor hurling through space to strike and destroy the entire earth! In a heartbeat, even the most pristine of public images can be tarnish beyond repair. With Social Media, even Camille can no longer be in denial of what has been happening in and to her life for 50years.
Was there anything that she could gain from being by the side of this man, Cosby? Why did she stay after she learned of the first discretion and affront to familial trust? She was young, inexperienced, a mother of five and eventhough she eventually acquired her own stature by going to college and getting a PhD, she discarded, only on some levels, Cosby Shadow, and carried her own. In fact, she adorned her own in the glamor of her own beauty, poise and grace. She hid behind her own wall.
Camille is and was no slouch. She had gained her own place in the sun and it was quite clear while we were in their presence who ran the show around there. She conducted every thing. She managed everything. She made everything happen. But, she did not step outside of the boundaries to decry, how painfully insensitive and dibilitating Cosby’s behavior was. We felt it, there was a war going on. The undercurrent of protestations and rankling was real and quite present. I felt it. Other events insued afterwards that confirmed my intuition about this war that I will not go into, but I could see past the plastic smiles. Having been married myself, I could sense that something was a bit amiss in the Cosby household.
No matter how much lipstick you put on a pig, it’s still gonna be a pig. And now, the clearing, the cleansing and the erasing has begun. My heart breaks for Camille. She did that for 50 years and unlike nowadays where we have these celebs with open marriages or consecutive marriages, we are looking at a woman who came up in a time where marriage was a sacred union, till death do you part, even if the marriage itself is a death sentence.

(CNN) — Camille Olivia Hanks was studying at the University of Maryland when she met Bill Cosby in the early ’60s. He was doing stand-up comedy in Washington when the two were set up on a blind date. They fell in love and she left school to support his burgeoning career in entertainment.
By 1964, the two were married and they would go on to have five children together. In 1997, their son Ennis (who inspired the character Theo Huxtable) was murdered, and a few years later Dr. Camille Cosby did a one-on-one with Oprah explaining how she’d eventually been able to find joy after mourning the loss of a child.
Throughout that interview it was so clear that you were looking at the real-life Clair Huxtable that even Oprah seemed a bit star-struck by her poise and grace.
During her 2000 appearance on Oprah, Camille revealed: “I became keenly aware of myself in my mid-thirties. I went through a transition. I decided to go back to school, because I had dropped out of college to marry Bill when I was 19. I had five children, and I decided to go back. I didn’t feel fulfilled educationally. I dropped out of school at the end of my sophomore year. So I went back, and when I did, my self-esteem grew. I got my master’s, then decided to get my doctoral degree. Education helped me to come out of myself.”
When asked why she wasn’t content to just settle for being the wife of a famous entertainer she continued: “I don’t know exactly what it was, except that for me, integrity is important. For me friendships are important, family is important, and it is a blessing if we can have monetary benefits. That’s wonderful, and I love it. But I have to have the security of people who really care about me, and me about them. I want to be surrounded by people who have integrity. And, of course, my name is Camille, not Bill.”
That was a beautiful answer. But a lot has changed since then. These days, Camille Cosby is standing alongside her husband during what may turn out to be the worst month of his long career.
For the last few weeks, the beloved TV dad who used to sell us Jell-O pudding pops has been at the center of an ever-growing scandal. He has canceled several appearances, Netflix has postponed the launch of his stand-up special, NBC nixed plans for a new comedy show, and this week Janice Dickinson became the latest woman to make allegations against him; telling E News that he raped her in 1982 after she’d done a stint in rehab.
Cosby is arguably the most successful African-American performer in television history, but this isn’t the first time he has found himself under scrutiny for extramarital affairs.
In his biography, “Cosby: His Life and Times,” Mark Whitaker makes mention of the legendary comedian’s “roving eye” and even tells an anecdote about how he finally cut back on his womanizing by breaking up with his long-time girlfriend. Now it seems those softball admissions about having a weakness for beautiful women may have been shrouding something much more sinister than an affair.

No formal charges have ever been successfully filed, so even with all the media speculation, these claims are technically only allegations. But there is one person in this melee whose anguish is virtually indisputable: his wife, Camille.
So how does a woman like that end up spending 50 years of her life beside a man who is now alleged to be a serial rapist? One can only imagine the embarrassment she must be experiencing through all this. But her dilemma is a lot more common than you may think.
In a world that asks you to be a mother, a wife, a businesswoman and an alluring sexual being, women grapple with finding the balance between respecting themselves and prioritizing their relationships. While many say they would leave a spouse who cheats, experts estimate that approximately 50-75% of couples rocked by an affair stay together.
There are many reasons why some women choose to stay: the fear of being alone, financial dependency, belief that they can alter the behavior of their mate, professional status of their partner, deep emotional investment and family obligations.
It is hard enough to come back from infidelity in private, let alone when you have the added stress of being a public figure. Both Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Edwards have weathered similar storms with men they devoted their lives to. And one could argue that it is a lose/lose situation for any wife who finds herself in that position: If you stay, people judge you for not standing up for yourself, and if you leave there is endless speculation about why your marriage failed.
But this isn’t just a simple case of being cheated on. There are some very serious stories coming to the forefront from those who describe Cosby as a sexual predator, who for decades allegedly drugged and violated young women who looked up to him as a mentor.
During one of Cosby’s old routines, he actually jokes about drugging young women.
Coincidentally the set is from his album “It’s True! It’s True!” which was released in 1969, the same year Joan Tarshis claims he drugged and raped her.
We can only speculate on what Camille’s reasons are for staying in her marriage, when she found out about each rape claim, or whether she believes in her husband’s innocence. She’s been stoic and tight-lipped through all this, exuding the unflappable composure that she is known for.
During the Monica Lewinsky scandal, many believed that had Hillary Clinton left her husband, his political career would have collapsed. Hillary Clinton may have well understood that her marriage wasn’t just a union between a man and a woman but a much larger political machine. Perhaps Camille Cosby, who is equally responsible for her husband’s career, feels a similar responsibility to maintaining the legacy and philanthropic institution she and her husband have built together.
Few knew that in the original “Cosby Show” pitch, Bill had planned to have Heathcliff be a limousine driver who was married to a Latina handywoman. Programming executives weren’t too thrilled with that idea, but it was Camille who convinced her husband to go in another direction.
According to another excerpt in Whitaker’s book: “The producers felt strongly that both [parents on the show] should be college graduates. As Cosby had proved in his stand-up act, the war of wits between parents and children was even funnier if the parents thought of themselves as highly intelligent people.
“Finally, shortly before 1 in the morning, Cosby said the words that made Carsey think that she might be getting someplace: ‘I think my wife would agree with you.’
” ‘You will not be a chauffeur!’ Camille said when he briefed her on the meeting. ‘Why not?’
Cosby asked. ‘Because I’m not going to be a carpenter!’ Camille said.”
That snippet gives a rare glimpse into the type of bond these two have, and also illustrates that Mrs. Cosby has not just been her husband’s muse, but also a trusted adviser who keeps his career on track, behind the scenes.
Sunday when NPR host Scott Simon asked Cosby about the resurfaced rape charges, he was met with a wall of silence. Later on, Simon admitted to CNN that during that awkward moment in the interview, the one thing he couldn’t do was look at Camille.
“I did not look at Mrs. Cosby, and I don’t mind saying I might’ve been a little uncomfortable doing that anyway,” Simon said.
That’s what many find so unsettling about all this: the deafening silence of it all. The same man who has spent years waxing poetic about every social issue under the sun has now fallen completely mute on us, with his equally reticent wife by his side.
The Cosbys’ union remains seemingly stable through half a century of life’s ups and downs, and as someone who respects the institution of marriage I find that commendable. But when does the adage of “stand by your man” go too far? I’m rooting for black love as much as the next person — but not like this.

Outpatient counseling (general & drug and alcohol), learning therapy, group therapy, educational, cultural & creative workshops.
1. TYPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED:
D.E.C.A. Comprehensive Services, Inc. will provide individual and family outpatient counseling, tutorial services, educational, cultural and creative workshops and special projects. Counseling and learning therapy will be ongoing, while group therapy and workshops will cover a variety of topics and run for designated intervals.
2. STAFFING:
The Executive Office will hire appropriate Administrative Staff, Mental Health Professionals, Counselors and fee for service Consultants needed to conduct this program.
3. COMMUNITY OUTREACH – CLIENT RECRUITMENT
The Out Reach Coordinator who is an administrative staff member will conduct a Community OutReach Program that will recruit clients. Recruitment will be the major arm of this project in order to secure clients for the program.
The COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM will facilitate appropriate recruitment procedures outlined in the *RECRUITMENT PROCEDURAL TEXT.
PROJECT R.E.A.C.H. – Resources, Educational And Cultural Horizons any and all activities that target the outer community are executed under this initiative. The Out Reach Coordinator is primarily responsible for the following programs; four (4) annual programs;
Kwanzaa Celebration (Fall session),
Talent Search (Black History-Winter session),
Spring Festival (activities, vending, street festival – Spring session)
Culminating Event ( a symposium of activities (Summer session).
These activities are designed to add the Cultural Component along with bringing the Community together. In addition, there will be ongoing Out Reach to area schools, churches, community programs and agencies.
4. SERVICE PROVIDER METHODOLOGY & ACCOUNTABILITY:
Service Providers (Consultants, Mental Health Professionals, Workshop Facilitators, etc.) will be required to seek creative methods to explore counseling and workshop materials and be directly responsible for their clients once they have been assigned. They will also be required to safeguard client confidentiality, inform each client their civil rights, monitor client(s) progress by submitting the appropriate forms, i.e., log sheet, sign in sheet, session notes and treatment plans whenever indicated. Service provider must work with the utmost of integrity in facility and with clients, staff and administration.
5. POPULATION TO BE SERVICED:
While there is emphasis on the disadvantage community of African Americans, programs are available to anyone who wishes to participate without regards to race, color, religious creed, handicap, ancestry, national origin, age, sex or sexual orientation. Any client whom projects can not service will be referred to the other appropriate agencies.
6. FEES FOR SERVICE:
Some services are free to clients. Medical Services will be billed to appropriate Medical Insurance companies when applicable. Cultural and creative activities may entail a minimal fee. There is the possibility of scholarships, sponsorships and awards for these programs. The Executive Office will constantly seek alternative funding sources so that many of these services may remain free.
7. INTAKE & REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
INTAKE PROCEDURE – every client seeking medical services, i.e. outpatient psychological and/or psychiatric services will undergo a comprehensive intake process in which pertinent information will be retrieved by the Intake Officer. All information given will be held in the strictest confidence and each client will be assured of this. Clients will be asked to provide appropriate proof of Medical coverage for verification. Clients will also be asked to sign mandatory documents, i.e., application, civil right compliance/bill of rights, confidentiality, release of information, initial treatment plans and any applications for group or workshop enrollment.
8. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: The Case Manager, who will be in close contact with all Services Providers, will determine the appropriate service needs for each client after the Initial Intake. The Case Manager in consultation with the Program Director will assign each client to the appropriate service provider(s) for individual and/or group counseling; learning therapy, educational, cultural and/or creative workshop(s). Registration will remain open pending each Services Provider’s request, allowing clients to receive services at any time. The Case Manager will also be responsible for follow up of all assignments and when necessary refer clients to designated outside services.
9. FUNDING
D.E.C.A. Comprehensive Services, Inc. will receive some of its funding from fee for service psychiatric and psychological consultation services by billing appropriate Medical insurance companies. It will also seek outside funding sources and contracts for educational, cultural and creative services.

MISSION STATEMENT: To use a multi-disciplinarian approach to mental health for children and their families by using the comprehensive tools of counseling, education, creativity and cultural enrichment.
PURPOSE:
To provide supportive and preventive services of counseling, cultural enrichment, education and creativity to children and their families adding a comprehensive component to the traditional services offered by mental health. Through the utilization of the many skills and talents of a multi-disciplinarian team of professionals, this program will foster learning and healing more effectively because the participants will be using other creative as well as cognitive abilities to understand their inner and outer worlds. This will stimulate growth on many levels, provide hope and help to facilitate fuller, wholer responsible human beings.
GOAL:
To establish a mental health model for African Americans where counseling, learning and healing are in a synergistic relationship with educational and cultural awareness. In addition, this model will have the creative component needed to enhance the interaction between the mental health professional and client as they will each explore and develop (jointly and individually) their educational and cultural awareness.

INTRODUCTION:
Minorities, in particular, the impoverished members of the African American community, reflect the epitome of the misfortunate consequences of untapped or misused resources. Poverty, which is greatly influenced by racism and classism, finds its expression in the inner and outer environment of these disenfranchised people. The impact can be felt in the families, educational systems, employment opportunities, and mental and physical health of these people. As a result, high rates of crime, disease, dysfunction, ignorance and mental illness permeate throughout their communities and alter the total structure of American society.
These impoverished members of humanity house a wealth of creative and constructive energy. This energy is entrapped at best and misused at worst. Unaware of their hidden and/or misused talents they are frustrated and release destructive energy into their individual worlds and outer environment. By tapping into this well of resources then channeling these resources into meaningful and constructive expressions, these members of humanity begin to create within themselves a healthier reality which brings benefit to the larger community.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for skilled culturally sensitive mental health care professionals who provide culturally sensitive mental health services to minorities, in particular, the African American community in the Philadelphia area. D.E.C.A. Comprehensive Services, Inc. is a program that will direct itself to this need and through its professional staff, endeavor to fulfill its responsibility as a mental health provider for this community.
D.E.C.A. Comprehensive Services, Inc. will offer comprehensive programming that enhances the psychological healing and learning abilities of its clients who are in need of diverse approaches to mental healing and learning that cannot be readily obtained through conventional means.
PHILOSOPHY:
Traditional mental health services are feared at best and ineffective at worst for the inner city disenfranchised population. In spite of the alarming rise in the rate of socially and emotionally disturbed individuals in our society, many of the individuals in this population are reticent to seek professional help. However, these same individuals are in sore need of this service and are, in many instances, provided this service as a last resort or when circumstances they are in crisis.
focusing on children and their families, will provide an outlet for disturbing and destructive emotional energies through service to the whole person. It will use a holistic approach to mental healing through the compatible tools of counseling, cultural awareness, education and creativity. It will provide support for their social, emotional, health and educational concerns (to name a few). The course of this service will be primarily preventive however it will be available during and after these concerns become problematic.
This program is a partnership. The service provider and client are partners with one another. The provider will be able to express some of his/her other talents as workshop facilitators and clients will be able to evaluate themselves in a broader arena where other opinions are being heard. Mutual appreciation is heightened and deepened as individuals become more than a means to an end but are an integral part of the creative process.
In addition, where clients are engaging in counseling, educational, creative and cultural activities, subtly self-esteem improves and they are able to see more of their own worth and value as human beings. They will feel more capable and thus make a positive contribution to humanity.
Mental healing is a process and it affects all aspects of health in our world today. By designing a program whose target is to creatively foster mental healing; clients will be afforded an alternative that will provide therapeutic assistance in a deeper sense thus averting many other illnesses.
Several Culturally Enriching programs are the backbone of DECACS, Inc. programming. These programs can be enjoyed locally and globally. Through extensive travel, networking and researching, it is clear that Culture programs spearhead the closing of the cultural divide, fosters understanding between peoples and encourages exchange on a broad level.
